Join us for a 5-hour Ice Bathing & Sauna Workshop designed for beginners, where you’ll gently explore the benefits of cold therapy, breathwork, and contrast therapy in a safe and supportive group. This event is led by Matthew Hua, an experienced Wim Hof Method Certified Instructor, massage therapist, and personal trainer who brings a holistic perspective to health and wellness. It builds up on the four pillars ice, breathwork, mindset, and community.

Whether you’re curious about the benefits of cold exposure, looking for a way to reset your mind, or simply want to try something new, this workshop is an ideal starting point. What to Bring:
Swimwear, a towel, relaxed sports clothes, good vibes, and a can-do mentality (which can also be provided by the group).
