• Cacao Circle: A ceremonial sharing of Cacao, opening hearts and grounding us in the present.

What to Bring:

• A Cup for the Cacao: To receive the medicine.
• Water Bottle: For hydration during the journey.
• Wood for the Grandfather Fire: To nourish the flames of our gathering.
