Embodied Drawing - 3 Spring Awakening Sessions

As we transition into spring, l want to create a frame for us to reconnect with ourselves through creativity.

In these monthly one-hour sessions (3 in total), I invite you to explore embodied drawing with me - a practice that merges visualisation, intuition and artistic expression.

No artistic skills are needed - just an openness to allow your inner world to unfold on paper. This is your time to slow down, tune in, and embrace the energy of the new season. 

All three sessions will follow the structure of visualisation, emodied drawing, reflection& journaling, sharing and relaxation. The sessions can be booked individually or as a bundle. The topics of the sessions will be: 

    1. Creating a personal symbol, 7th of April 25

    2. Drawing your IFS (internal family system), 5th of May 25

    3. A glimpse into your year/future, 2nd of June 25

After the sessions, you are welcome to stay for a home cooked dinner at mine. Make sure to book the right ticket, so I can plan accordingly. 

The sessions will take place at my home (3' walk from Hardbrücke) or the nearby park, depending on the weather and the situation in the park. I also have a balcony in case its still sunny for dinner. I will let you know my exact adress via E-Mail after registration.
