Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 13th July 2025 (included): 

full refund of ticket price (except for the cancellation fee from eventfrog).

Later cancellations: 

If replacement from the event's waiting list of the same gender category (male or (female/nonbinary) ) as the ticket buyer is possible: full refund of ticket price (except for the cancellation fee from eventfrog).

Otherwise, if selling ticket to a different person (with the consent of the core team of Edelweiss 2025, taking into account gender balance of the event) is possible: full refund of ticket price (except for the cancellation fee from eventfrog).

In all other cases: no refund.
